Hello and welcome to Week 3 of the Guerrilla Season 2008 book blog project covering the dates of March 25 through March 30. This week we encourage all participants to read Chapters 18 through 27, which covers pages 155 to 242 in the novel. We are roughly half way through the project. The students from South Valley Jr. High in Liberty are just returning from their spring break and will be back in school on March 25th.

I was wondering why Jesse wanted to ride into Liberty with his Seceseh flag?
I was also wondering why Matt bought the candy for his brothers and sisters and didn't tell his mom.

Why is it that Clayton can yell at Matt when he bought the candy for his siblings when Matt is actually doing all the work aroung the house!!!..

I just got done reading the part where matt got back from his work duty and was wondering why he got sent there. Also is Sam one of the kids who got in the fight with matt and jesse.

Yeah why did Matt buy candy for his brothers but not want thier mom to know? Why should they keep it a secret?

well i havent got this far yet but i was just reading when jesses brother and a few others act like their capturing jesse and matt.At first i really thought they were being captured i believed it i was kinda scared my self i have like gotten do in to this book!!!!

I dont understand if susuie and matt like each other or not because they act like they do but then they fight oh and that susuie pushed matt out of a tree!

I can't believe that sue pushed matt off the tree but she had feelings for him or she probably wouldn't have cried.

The reason Matt didn't tell his mom about the candy is because they have very little money, so his mom would be mad at him for wasting it. Also, Matt didn't have enough money after the candy to send the letter from his mom to his grandparents.
